Most Annoying Bad Habits To Drop For Your New Years Resolution

Here is a great toast to beautiful beginnings. Millions of people every year make new year end resolutions and never really stick to their plan and plus some of us may actually stick to the plan for healthier lifestyles.
Bad habits generally are recurring actions you do that typically provide instant satisfaction but often will lead to long-term problems. For example smoking, or drinking too much etc.
Some of these bad habit include discomfort to the people around you. Let’s analyse these habits and see.

Not getting enough sleep: Here is a category of people who haven’t slept in days! Sleep is a necessity in life. Research shows that lack of sleep can increase the risk for high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, depression, heart attack, and stroke. Most adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night, so you may want to keep this in mind when making your schedule.

Overspending. Living on way more than you can actually afford. One of the common ways to deal with stress is to engage in buying things we don’t necessarily need. It can easily lead to people developing debt if unchecked, so it may help to make a budget or plan to check your accounts often to avoid this.

Procrastination. Never getting around to doing something irritates others more. often we do not give ourselves enough time to do what we have planned. Usually, people procrastinate because they either are a perfectionist or a bit lazy. Either way, it may help to try and make a schedule (and stick to it) to get things done in time.

Gossiping: We love conversations with friends but most often it ends up in bad talk and words come around from where you sent them often causing discomfort to the people who are talked about. Gossiping involves wasting time,making noise while talking too loudly and lacking etiquette. This only leads to getting others offended by your roudy talk.

  2. Picking your teeth
  3. Picking your toes or rubbing your feet.
  4. Picking something off the sidewalk and eating it.
  5. Scratching your sweaty/oily scalp and then shaking hands.
  6. Scratching crotch or armpit
    Picking at your wedgie.
  7. Unending whistling.
  8. Biting your nails and spitting them out.
  9. Using “Um” and “like” 13 times in one sentence.
  10. Cracking your knuckles during a conversation.
  11. Smacking your gum.
  12. Looking away during a conversation.
  13. Spreading your stuff all over the place.
  14. Nose picking
  15. Standing in the middle of the sidewalk or aisle because you have an important text to respond to.
